The PTO Donation Bank is running low on funds and depends on the kindness and generosity of EverTrue employees to continue assisting team members during challenging times.

If you have PTO hours you do not anticipate using, please consider donating them to support a fellow team member in need. Employees who have reached the maximum PTO accrual limit of 240 hours and may forfeit additional earned time each pay period can also choose to donate a portion of their accrued hours to the PTO Donation Bank. This allows your earned time to make a meaningful difference rather than go unused.

We encourage employees to contribute either PTO hours or a monetary donation to help restore the PTO Donation Bank. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps provide valuable support to employees facing serious health conditions or those who need time away from work due to a serious health condition or to care for an immediate family member with a serious illness.
