Easter Sunday “PTO Holiday Supplement” Perk

Earn extra cash this Easter Sunday! If you’re required to work on Sunday, April 5, not only will you receive holiday pay (if you’re an hourly employee), but you can also cash out PTO hours for that day!

With the “PTO Holiday Supplement” perk, you can request a cash out of PTO hours from your bank. This means you’ll be paid for additional hours on top of your holiday hours.  (It’s like a special “PTO Sell-back opportunity” just for those required to work a holiday.)  Team members who participate in the PTO Holiday Supplement will see the payment on their April 17 paycheck. (To be eligible for this perk, you must have completed the EverTrue “PTO Sell-back Irrevocable Election” document in Workday by no later than December 31, 2025.)

To make a request, complete and submit the “PTO Holiday Supplement Request Form” to your manager.  (You must complete your full scheduled holiday shift and work your scheduled shifts before and after the holiday to eligible.)
