Flex Spending Account Grace Period Ends March 15; Submit by March 31

You have one last chance to spend your 2025 Flexible Spending Account (FSA) dollars! 

If you were enrolled in an EverTrue health care or dependent care FSA last year, you have a grace period to spend your FSA contributions. You can spend the remaining 2025 FSA dollars through March 15, 2026, if these unused 2025 claims are submitted to Wex Health by March 31, 2026. Instead of immediately forfeiting any remaining funds at the end of the plan year due to the IRS use-or-lose rule, the grace period gives you an extended timeframe to spend your unused balance into the following plan year.
