Do you need to use your benefits on January 1st and haven’t received your member ID card yet? No problem!  

Sometimes member ID cards for your benefit coverage may not arrive at your home mailbox until a few days into the new year (due to the timing of when you enrolled), but don’t fret if you need to access the healthcare coverage you elected right away.  You can confirm your coverage is active 1/1/2026 and obtain a temporary digital member ID card (if needed) by visiting the benefit carrier’s online member portal (see below), register to create a new account (or login if you’re not a new member) with each insurance carrier, and follow the steps online to request and/or view a digital member ID card.
