New EverTrue Gym Partnership: Welcome Planet Fitness!

We’re excited to announce that Planet Fitness is now EverTrue’s preferred gym membership partner, replacing Club Fitness. This partnership brings more value, flexibility and access to our team members. Planet Fitness offers more than 2,000 locations nationwide, including sites in Missouri, Illinois and Pennsylvania.

For a monthly rate of $22.99, team members can enroll in the Black Card Membership, which includes 24/7 gym access, unlimited guest privileges, fitness training, tanning, massage chairs, total body enhancement and virtual training—all with no annual fee or contract.

 Here’s how it works:

1. Full-time and Part-time actively employed team members are eligible for this special offer. (PRN and Casual team members, as well as family members & friends, may utilize a separate promotion described below.)

2. Complete the enrollment form on the EverTrue benefits site.

3. Submit it to your local HR representative.

4. Your membership dues will be paid via payroll deduction, occurring once per month on the first pay date.

 For the next 60 days, both Club Fitness and Planet Fitness benefits will be available. After that, Club Fitness will be phased out. (Team members who do not prefer to switch to Planet Fitness will need to contact their local Club Fitness location to switch their membership over from the EverTrue arrangement to an agreement directly with Club Fitness by no later than 07/31/25.)

Note that EverTrue team members cannot enroll using the Planet Fitness app to receive this special offer and must use the enrollment form.

PRN and Casual team members, as well as family members and friends, may utilize a separate promotion code and enrollment/payment process to obtain less robust but still great benefits described in this document.
