Full-time and Part-time team members are eligible for the Planet Fitness Black Card Membership at a discounted rate of $22.99 per month. This amount will be conveniently deducted from the first payroll of each month.

PRN and Casual employees can also take advantage of a different offer available to them as well! Please note that PRN and Casual employees are not eligible for the convenient payroll deduction feature.

Full-time and Part-time employees will download the enrollment form and return the completed form to their local HR representative. (Please note that enrollment for this special offer cannot be completed at a Planet Fitness location or through the Planet Fitness app.) Your HR representative will help you with everything you need to get started.  PRN and Casual team members will simply follow the instructions provided on the “Promotion option for PRN and/or Casual team members” document.
