Voya Retirement Is Paperless

To provide faster, more secure, and environmentally friendly access to your Voya retirement information, Voya quarterly retirement statements will now be delivered electronically by default instead of being printed and mailed to you via U.S. Mail.  If you’d like to switch from electronic statements to continue receiving paper statements in the mail, log into your Voya member portal  and follow the instructions below. 

·       On the top right, you will see your name with a down arrow.

·       Hover over your name and arrow to display a menu of options.

·       Left-click on “Communication Preferences”

·       In the “Communication Preferences” area, scroll down to the section that says “Paperless or Mail Options”, Left-click on “Edit” and then select “U.S. Mail” for all items you prefer to receive via U.S. Mail.

·       When finished making your selections, left-click on the “Apply Changes” button.

If you later change your mind and wish to go paperless, simply follow the instructions above and select “Email Notification”.
