To ensure you receive discounted medical premiums beginning January 1, 2026, all EverTrue team members and spouses enrolled in medical benefits as of July 1, 2025, or earlier, should register for their biometric health screening through Quest Diagnostics’ EverTrue wellness portal, My.QuestForHealth.com.
Go to the portal today to see a significant discount in your medical benefits costs. Quest will send you an official welcome email to walk you through screening registration in the Quest portal. Please share with your spouse if they are enrolled in the medical plan.
