May is Women’s Health Month, a time to recognize and support the physical, mental, and emotional well‑being of women at every stage of life.

This year, we’re highlighting perimenopause and menopause—natural life transitions that can bring meaningful changes to health, energy, mood, and daily life.  Our EAP provider, ComPsych, offers extensive tools, resources, and articles covering a wide variety of topics, but here’s a great resource specific to the subject of perimenopause and menopause.
