The PTO Donation Bank Needs Your Support

The PTO Donation Bank relies on the generosity of EverTrue employees to continue providing support to those in need. The PTO Donation Bank is funded by voluntary PTO contributions from employees like you. These donated hours provide support to employees who need to take an extended leave of absence, allowing them to use time from the bank to help cover their time away from work.

Do you have unused PTO hours? Consider donating them to help a fellow team member facing a difficult time. If you've reached the maximum PTO accrual limit of 240 hours and risk losing additional hours each pay period, you can choose to donate some of your banked time to the PTO Bank—ensuring your earned hours go toward helping others instead of going unused.

We invite you to contribute either PTO hours or a monetary donation to replenish the PTO Donation Bank. Every hour or dollar donated can make a meaningful impact in someone’s life. These donations support employees who are unable to work due to a serious health condition or who need time off to care for a loved one facing a serious illness.
