Wellness Screening Registration for the new Wellness Program Year will open July 1st!
Annual wellness screenings help you save on the cost of insurance premiums and your opportunity to earn discounts on your 2027 medical premiums is now. Starting July 1, all team members (as well as any spouse enrolled in EverTrue medical benefits) should register for their biometric wellness screening through Quest Diagnostics’ EverTrue wellness portal. Be watching for an official welcome email directly from Quest with details to help you get registered for a screening in the Quest portal, and share with your spouse if they are enrolled in the medical plan. All screenings (regardless of the method chosen) must be requested through the EverTrue Quest portal by registering at My.QuestForHealth.com. To ensure you receive discounted medical premiums beginning January 1, 2027, any EverTrue employee and spouses enrolled in medical benefits as of July 1, 2026, or earlier, should participate now.
The same five metrics will be measured this year which are: HDL Cholesterol, LDL Cholesterol, A1C hemoglobin (glucose), Triglycerides and Blood pressure. There is an update to the LDL range this year that will help to align with current clinical standards for cardiovascular disease prevention. The new range for LDL cholesterol will be <100 mg/dL.
Keep in mind, there is an 8-hour fasting requirement for the screening.
A reminder that participants only need to meet/pass 3 or more metrics to earn the wellness credit with no additional steps to take. If a participant fails to meet at least 3 of the 5 metrics, they can still earn the wellness credit by taking a “next step”, by having your healthcare provider complete the Physician Engagement Form as a “next step” to earn your wellness credit. Don’t delay and please utilize the physician engagement process if you don’t meet 3+ metrics in order to earn the wellness credit. (Log in to your EverTrue Quest wellness portal to look for your green checkmarks which note a passing metric.)
All screenings (regardless of the method chosen) must be requested through the Quest portal by logging in at My.QuestForHealth.com. The 3 different screening options available for participants to choose from include: (1) At a participating Quest lab (aka “patient service center”); (2) At the employee’s own home using the “At-Home Screening Kit”; or (3) Submitting the required lab work provided by the employee’s own physician. (Don’t forget to fast: Fasting for 8 hours prior to your screening is required for all biometric screenings regardless of the method you choose).
